Hello everyone my name is Daniel! I am originally from Rhode Island but now reside here in Hopkinton,MA. I went Roanoke College in Virginia where I studied health and exercise science and played baseball. Since graduating in 2017 I have worked in the fitness industry primarily as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. I have trained a broad spectrum of clients from high performing athletes to those looking to stay active in retirement and feel I am equipped to help anyone regardless of where they are at in there fitness journey. With personal training I focus on meeting each client where they are at and take a results driven approach to work toward each clients individual goals to help them be successful. While I believe in hard work I also believe fitness should be fun and work to make every session enjoyable. Outside of the gym I enjoy spending time outdoors and hiking with my Husky Blue!

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College and my Master of Science in Leadership and Athletic Administration from Boston College. Throughout my career in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of holding various roles. I’ve worked with Division 1 athletes at five universities across the country, as well as professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL. Additionally, I’ve gained experience in a range of training environments, from large commercial gyms to small private studios. I take pride in enhancing my clients' technique and supporting them in reaching their goals. What I love most about being a trainer at Elevate is the strong connections I build with each client. I live in Medway with my wife, Carolyn, and our three daughters, Anna, Katherine, and Audrey.

Claire Gruenke is a dedicated strength and conditioning coach at Elevate Personal Training & Wellness, bringing both expertise and a passion for helping clients reach their goals. With a Master’s in Biomechanics from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor’s in Physical Education from Lindenwood University, Claire specializes in personalized fitness programs, strength training, movement assessment, and overall wellness. She has experience coaching a wide range of clients—from youth athletes to adults of all fitness levels—and is committed to creating supportive, adaptable, and results-driven programs. Claire believes in empowering clients to build strength, confidence, and long-term health through training that meets them where they are.

Hi everybody! My name's Scott and I am originally from Monroe NY but now live with my wife in Natick MA. We moved to Massachusetts in 2021 from New Jersey shortly after our wedding and have totally fallen in love with New England! I am a graduate of Rutgers University where I majored in Exercise Science and am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I have been coaching for almost 10 years and have experience working with a very wide variety of clientele. One of my old college professors motivated me to start a career in the health & fitness industry and I quickly found a passion for helping people transform their lives while developing meaningful relationships along the way. I'm so excited to be a part of the Elevate team and am very lucky to be working alongside such high quality individuals with the common goal of helping the community. Side notes: Snowboarding is my favorite thing in the world, I love basketball, I'm a bit of a video game enthusiast, and my wife and I enjoy Cape Cod weekends in the summertime.

Hi, my name is Julia! I am a professional athlete and personal trainer with a strong background in both athletic performance and general fitness. I earned my degree in Health Science and spent 5 years learning directly from Division I coaches in athletic training, where I gained hands-on experience in strength, conditioning, and injury prevention. Over the past 4 years, I have worked as a personal trainer, helping clients of all backgrounds build strength, improve mobility, and achieve sustainable results. What I love most about being a trainer is guiding people toward their goals, creating programs that are both challenging and rewarding, and seeing clients build confidence along the way. My approach blends science-backed methods with the practical lessons I’ve learned from competing as a professional athlete and working at the highest levels of athletics. In my free time, I enjoy training, spending time outdoors, and staying active through sports and movement.
