I earned my Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College and my Master of Science in Leadership and Athletic Administration from Boston College. Throughout my career in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of holding various roles. I’ve worked with Division 1 athletes at five universities across the country, as well as professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL. Additionally, I’ve gained experience in a range of training environments, from large commercial gyms to small private studios. I take pride in enhancing my clients' technique and supporting them in reaching their goals. What I love most about being a trainer at Elevate is the strong connections I build with each client. I live in Medway with my wife, Carolyn, and our three daughters, Anna, Katherine, and Audrey.

Hi, my name is Owen Bond. I was born in Germany, and grew up in Rota, Spain. I am currently a senior at Lasell University graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science this May. I plan to obtain my NCSA Strength and Conditioning certification this summer, and I also plan on staying at Lasell for another year to earn a Master’s degree in Applied Sports Analytics. I played many sports growing up and have collegiate basketball experience. My high school strength and conditioning coach/PE teacher ignited my passion for health and fitness. He showed me how lifting, nutrition, and healthy habits not only translate to being a better athlete, but can lead to a much better quality of life. This made me realize that my passion is rooted in the same principles. My goal as a personal trainer is to guide individuals through their health and fitness journeys because the results can truly be life-changing. In my free time, I enjoy strength training, spending time outdoors, playing basketball, and expanding my knowledge in the strength and conditioning field.

I am a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and former collegiate and professional athlete who has a burning passion for health, wellness, and fitness. Throughout my career in the fitness industry I have been blessed to be in various roles and environments. I started my career doing 1 on 1 personal training and group fitness. The past few years, I have worked mainly with Division 1 athletes at three universities. What I love most about being a personal trainer is helping people reach their goals, building strong connections, and having an impact on their lives. I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia. In my free time I love to workout, watch sports, read books, or be outdoors!
