- What is the cost of personal training?
The price of personalized training with a professional instructor in a private setting varies depending on the studio, frequency of sessions, and the level of commitment to your fitness goals. Elevate® studios offer a range of training options designed to fit different budgets. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your specific needs.
- How many times a week do most clients train?
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer—every client's program is tailored to their unique goals, schedule, and budget. Some clients train 2 to 4 times a week. We also offer both in-studio and live virtual training sessions, so you can easily stay on track, no matter where you are or what your schedule looks like.
- How do I schedule my personal training sessions?
To help you stay consistent and on track, we recommend setting up a recurring schedule for your training sessions. This way, you don’t have to book each session individually, and consistency will help you build lasting habits. If you need to adjust your schedule due to changes in availability, or if you have a conflict, simply reach out to your studio with notice, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
- What can I do outside the studio to support my goals?
Since everyone's goals are different, the best approach varies. If weight loss is a goal, we recommend keeping a food log, which we can review together during your sessions. If improving flexibility or mobility is a focus, incorporating foam rolling and stretching at home can be beneficial. For most clients, we suggest incorporating some form of cardiovascular exercise outside of your Elevate sessions. Your trainer will work with you to tailor additional recommendations that best align with your goals.
- What is a Complimentary Fit Evaluation?
A complimentary, personalized process where we review your health history, conduct a Functional Movement Screen, perform an InBody Composition Scan, assess your nutrition, and help you set individualized goals. These baseline metrics provide valuable insights to track your progress and optimize your training plan. Collectively, this information will help to create your custom fitness roadmap and provide you with an opportunity to experience the Elevate difference.
- How do I refer a friend to Elevate?
