The first step toward change is scheduling a Complimentary Fit Evaluation. The Fit Evaluation is essentially a strategy session to help the team understand more about you so your personal trainer can design a custom fitness plan, specifically for you. During your strategy session, your personal trainer will learn more about your health history and lifestyle, then you'll complete a movement and posture screen, followed by a mini-workout. Collectively, this information will help to create your custom fitness roadmap and provide you with an opportunity to experience the Elevate difference.

Personalized Fitness Assessment

A complimentary, personalized process where we review your health history, conduct a Functional Movement Screen, perform an InBody Composition Scan, assess your nutrition, and help you set individualized goals. These baseline metrics provide valuable insights to track your progress and optimize your training plan.

Progress Reviews

A thorough evaluation every 6 weeks to acknowledge your achievements and set new goals for continued growth.
